100 Posters

After realizing that in spite of having an interest in posters I had only worked on a couple of them until then, I designed a collection of 100 posters between 2019 and 2020.

The topics for each poster are varied: some of them revolve around a topic I’d read about recently; others are made with downloaded textures, illustrations or photos; and some others take as starting point a photo I had taken. There is one about a chocolate cake recipe taken from a 1940s newspaper from when I was working in the Archive of Museo Tamayo. Some of my favorites include the one where I played with Turing’s diffusion patterns, my interpretations for the movie Runaway Bride, and my version for the TV show Tales of the City.

This project helped me experiment and play around with a myriad of topics in a handful of graphic styles.
